English version of the auto-renewable subscription service agreement for IdeaSnap.

This English version is provided for convenience. If there is any inconsistency between this English version and the original Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
1.1 This Agreement is entered into between ordinary users (the "Subscriber") and the IdeaSnap App (the "App" or the "Software") with respect to the automatic renewal and entrusted deduction service (the "Service").
1.2 This Agreement is a prerequisite for using the Service. Before using the Service, the Subscriber shall carefully read and fully agree to all terms of this Agreement. Once the Subscriber uses the Service, the Subscriber is deemed to have accepted and agreed to all contents of this Agreement.
2.1 The purpose of the Service is to help Subscribers avoid an interruption of subscription benefits caused by oversight or failure to renew in time, provided that the Subscriber has already activated the relevant membership service. The Subscriber irrevocably authorizes the App to deduct the fee for the next billing cycle, including but not limited to monthly, quarterly, or annual plans, from the Subscriber's Apple account before or after the current term expires, provided that the relevant account has been successfully linked and authorized for payment.
2.2 Automatic renewal means that, without separate notice, the App automatically charges the fee for the next billing cycle through the authorized account. If the deduction fails due to insufficient balance or other account-related reasons, the Subscriber shall bear the relevant consequences.
2.3 The Service is available only for use within the App. Any act of obtaining the Service through cracking, separation, or other illegal means to bypass normal access is not protected under this Agreement. The responsible party shall bear all liabilities arising therefrom, and the App reserves the right to pursue legal remedies.
3.1 The App shall deduct the applicable fee through the Subscriber's account within the agreed period, extend the validity period of the subscription accordingly, and record the payment in the Subscriber's payment history.
3.2 If an error occurs during billing, both parties shall cooperate to identify the cause and each party shall bear the liability attributable to its own fault. If the respective fault cannot be clearly distinguished, liability shall be shared proportionally.
3.3 The App may modify the terms of the Service due to business development, technical upgrades, or other reasons and will notify Subscribers through page announcements. If the Subscriber does not agree to the changes, the Subscriber may cancel the Service. Continued use of the Service shall be deemed acceptance of the modified terms.
3.4 Whether to cancel the Service is entirely up to the Subscriber. If the Subscriber does not cancel the Service, the Subscriber is deemed to have authorized the App to continue automatic deductions. After a successful deduction, the subscription for the next billing period will take effect.
3.5 If the App adjusts the subscription price before an automatic renewal takes place, the then-current effective price shall apply.
4.1 If you activate the Service through the App, you are deemed to have authorized the App to deduct charges from your linked payment account, including but not limited to Apple payment methods. If you activate the Service through the iOS system, you are deemed to have authorized the App to deduct charges from your iTunes account. Billing cycles include but are not limited to monthly, quarterly, and annual plans.
4.2 The Subscriber is responsible for ensuring that the selected payment account has sufficient balance. If renewal fails due to insufficient balance or account abnormalities, the related service cannot be renewed.
5.1 Unless otherwise specified, the automatic renewal service remains valid on an ongoing basis from the date of activation.
5.2 Before the Subscriber's selected service term expires, the App may send renewal reminders through SMS, official WeChat account notifications, or similar channels. If the Subscriber's contact information changes, the Subscriber shall update it promptly to avoid failed notifications.
5.3 If the Subscriber does not respond to renewal reminders, the App will stop sending repeated reminders after a reasonable number of attempts.
5.4 If the Subscriber does not actively cancel automatic renewal, the Subscriber is deemed to agree that the App may continue to charge and renew the subscription in accordance with this Agreement. If the price changes, the current effective price shall apply.
5.5 Friendly reminder: by using the automatic renewal service, you confirm that you have selected the relevant paid service. Therefore, fees already paid through automatic renewal are non-refundable.
6.1 The Subscriber may cancel the Service at any time.
6.2 The cancellation steps are as follows (using Apple ID users as an example):
Settings → iTunes Store & App Store → Apple ID → View Apple ID → Subscriptions → Cancel the IdeaSnap membership subscription.
After cancellation is successful, current subscription benefits already in effect will remain available until the end of the current service term, and no further renewals will be charged.
6.3 Deduction instructions that were issued before cancellation remain valid, and any fees already deducted are non-refundable.
7.1 This Agreement takes effect when the Subscriber activates the Service and remains effective until the Subscriber terminates the Service or closes the relevant account.
7.2 The Subscriber may choose to terminate the Service in account settings. After termination, the App will no longer provide the related service.
If either party breaches this Agreement, the non-breaching party has the right to require the breaching party to bear corresponding liability in accordance with applicable law and this Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any dispute arises regarding the performance or interpretation of this Agreement, both parties shall first attempt to resolve it through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before a competent people's court in Shanghai.
