在您首次使用 AI 功能前，应用将明确说明将发送哪些数据、哪些第三方公司将接收数据以及数据使用的具体目的。只有在您点击"同意"后才会发送相关数据。您可以选择不使用 AI 功能，或随时在设置中关闭 AI 功能。
移动端（iOS/Android）：本应用不主动使用 Cookie 或第三方追踪技术。各平台的崩溃报告系统和推送通知服务可能收集匿名诊断信息，受相应平台隐私政策的约束。
Web 平台：本服务网站可能使用严格必要的 Cookie 和本地存储技术，用于维持登录状态和核心功能。我们不在网站上使用第三方追踪 Cookie。您可通过浏览器设置管理 Cookie 偏好。

我们不会将您的个人信息用于营销目的。我们仅在必要时发送服务通知（如账单提醒、安全提醒、政策更新）。您无法退订此类必要服务通知。如未来提供营销通信，我们将事先征得您的明确同意，并提供简便的退订方式。
本服务面向年满 13 周岁（或您所在司法管辖区的相应年龄）及以上的用户。我们不会故意收集低于该年龄未成年人的信息。如您认为您的子女向我们提供了信息，请立即联系我们，我们将尽快删除。

We may aggregate or de-identify data for statistical analysis. Such data cannot be traced back to any identifiable individual.
To provide smart organization, speech-to-text, automatic generation, and analysis features, the Service integrates third-party AI services. Data is transmitted only when you actively use the relevant feature and explicitly consent.

Data transmitted through AI features is used only to fulfill feature requests you actively initiate. We expressly state that we do not: use user data for advertising, create user profiles, sell or rent user data, use data for marketing, or use data to train third-party AI models.
Before first use of AI features, the App will clearly explain what data will be sent, which third parties will receive it, and its specific purpose. Data will be sent only after you consent. You may decline to use AI features or turn them off in Settings at any time.
Mobile Apps (iOS/Android): The App does not actively use cookies or third-party tracking technologies. Platform crash reporting and push notification services may collect anonymous diagnostic information, governed by the respective platform's privacy policy.
Web Platform: Our website may use strictly necessary cookies and local storage for authentication and core functionality. We do not use third-party tracking cookies on our website.

The third-party AI service providers and cloud services used by this Service may be located in China, the United States, and other countries. When transferring data across borders, we work only with data processors that commit to protection standards no lower than those described in this policy and ensure transfers comply with applicable legal requirements (including Standard Contractual Clauses where required).
We do not use your personal information for marketing purposes. We send only service-necessary communications (e.g., billing reminders, security alerts, policy updates). You cannot opt out of these essential service notifications. If we offer marketing communications in the future, we will obtain your explicit consent and provide a simple opt-out mechanism.
The Service is intended for users aged 13 years (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction) and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children under this age. If you believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.
The Service may contain third-party links or integrate with third-party services (e.g., Apple iCloud, Google services). This policy applies only to information we collect directly. We are not responsible for third-party data practices. We recommend reviewing their policies before use.
If this Privacy Policy changes materially, we will notify you via in-app notice or email at least 15 days before the effective date and update the "Last Updated" date at the top. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
