「时间胶囊-寄往未来的信」（Time Capsule，下称“本应用”）帮助你：给未来的自己或重要的人写信，并在指定日期自动投递到收信邮箱；以日记记录当下（默认仅保存在你的设备，可选 iCloud 同步）；浏览公开信箱；收集时间徽章等。部分功能属于会员权益，具体以 App 内展示为准。
你应具备同意本协议所需的法律能力。未成年人应在父母或监护人阅读并同意本协议后，在其指导下使用。
在你遵守本协议的前提下，我们授予你一项个人、有限、非排他、不可转让且可撤销的许可，用于在你拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上使用本应用。
你不得：利用本服务发送违法、骚扰、诈骗或垃圾内容；逆向工程、破解或绕过本应用的付费、审核或服务器限制；批量抓取公开信箱内容；冒充他人；或从事其他违反法律法规、公序良俗或干扰服务正常运营的行为。对于明显滥用（如频繁发送无意义的测试信件）的行为，我们有权限制相关功能。
你的日记与私人信件属于你的私人内容，我们会尽力予以保护。当你主动选择将信件放入公开信箱后，即视为你同意在公开信箱中展示、传输该信件内容（及图片）。
公开信箱禁止发布：违法、色情、暴力、恐怖、仇恨、骚扰、诽谤、诈骗内容；广告、营销、垃圾信息或批量重复内容；侵犯他人知识产权、隐私或其他合法权益的内容；冒充他人或以他人名义发布的内容。
公开内容可能被其他用户浏览、复制、截图或转发，请自行判断并承担相应风险。违反上述规则的公开内容，我们有权不经通知删除、屏蔽，并视情节限制或禁止相关设备使用部分或全部功能。
定时投递依赖服务器、网络与邮件服务。收信邮箱填写错误、邮箱服务商拦截、邮件被归入垃圾箱、不可抗力或第三方服务故障等原因，可能导致投递失败或延迟。请在寄出前仔细核对收信邮箱，并提醒收信人留意收件箱与垃圾邮件文件夹。
本应用提供以下应用内购买项目（具体价格、试用资格与可用性以 App 内购买页面与 App Store 商品信息显示为准）：
自动续费规则：订阅到期前 24 小时内，Apple 将自动从你的 Apple 账户扣费并延长订阅有效期，除非你在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消订阅。你可以随时在“设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅”中管理或取消订阅；取消后，你仍可在当前已付费周期结束前继续使用会员功能。
付款、续订、取消与退款均由 Apple 处理，并受 Apple 相关条款约束；如需退款，请通过 Apple 官方渠道申请。你可以在 App 内使用“恢复购买”恢复已有权益。虚拟商品一经开通使用，除法律另有规定或 Apple 政策允许外，不予退款。
日记默认保存在你的设备本地；开启 iCloud 同步后，数据存储在你 Apple ID 对应的 iCloud 私有数据库中。信件内容会保存在我们的服务器上以完成定时投递。删除 App 不会删除已投递的记录和已公开的信件。
请自行保存重要内容的副本。任何存储方式都无法保证数据永不丢失；因设备损坏、系统问题、误删除、服务终止等原因造成的数据丢失，我们在法律允许范围内不承担责任。
本应用的软件、界面、品牌、图标、插画、文字与结构归 NorthCity 或相关权利人所有，本协议未向你转让上述权利。你对自己创作的内容依法享有权利；本协议亦未要求你转让日记等私人内容的权利。
我们可能因维护、安全、法律要求或产品调整，对功能进行升级、修改、暂停或终止。若因不可抗力或经营原因导致服务无法继续，我们会尽合理努力提前告知，但没有义务返还数据或退还已支付的费用（法律或 Apple 政策另有规定的除外）。
本应用按“现状”和“可用”状态提供。信件投递、iCloud 同步、通知提醒等功能可能受设备、网络、Apple 服务、邮件服务商或其他因素影响。
在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对间接、附带、特殊或后果性损失承担责任。依法不能排除或限制的消费者权利不受本条影响。
我们可能在本应用版本升级、功能调整或法律要求变化时更新本协议，并在本页面更新日期。继续使用本应用即视为接受更新后的协议；如不接受，请停止使用。
本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。因本协议产生的争议，双方应首先友好协商解决；协商不成的，可向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
Time Capsule (时间胶囊-寄往未来的信) helps you write letters to your future self or to people who matter, delivered automatically to the recipient’s email on the date you choose; keep a journal (stored on your device by default, with optional iCloud sync); browse the public letterbox; and collect time badges. Some features require membership, as shown in the app.
You must have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. Minors should use the app with a parent or guardian who has reviewed and accepted these Terms.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control.
You may not use the service to send unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or spam content; reverse engineer, crack, or bypass payment, moderation, or server limits; scrape the public letterbox at scale; impersonate others; or otherwise violate the law or disrupt the service. We may restrict features in response to clear abuse, such as sending repeated meaningless test letters.
Your journal and private letters are your private content, and we work to protect them. If you actively choose to publish a letter to the public letterbox, you agree to its content (and image) being displayed and transmitted there.
The public letterbox prohibits: unlawful, sexual, violent, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent content; advertising, marketing, spam, or bulk duplicates; content infringing intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; and impersonation.
Public content may be viewed, copied, screenshotted, or forwarded by others; you accept the associated risk. We may remove or block content that violates these rules without notice and may restrict or disable features for the responsible device.
Scheduled delivery depends on our servers, networks, and email services. An incorrect recipient address, provider filtering, spam-folder placement, force majeure, or third-party failures may cause delivery failure or delay. Please double-check the recipient address before sending and remind recipients to check their inbox and spam folder.
The app offers the following in-app purchases (actual prices, trial eligibility, and availability are shown on the in-app purchase page and the App Store product page):
Auto-renewal: within 24 hours before a subscription period ends, Apple automatically charges your Apple account and extends the subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions; after cancelling, membership benefits remain until the end of the paid period.
Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms; refund requests should go through Apple’s official channels. You can restore purchases in the app. Except as required by law or permitted by Apple’s policies, virtual goods are non-refundable once activated or used.
Journal data is stored on your device by default; with iCloud sync enabled, it is stored in the iCloud Private Database associated with your Apple ID. Letter content is stored on our servers to complete scheduled delivery. Deleting the app does not delete delivered records or published letters.
Keep your own copies of important content. No storage method can guarantee that data will never be lost; to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss caused by device damage, system issues, accidental deletion, or service termination.
The app’s software, interface, brand, icons, illustrations, text, and structure are owned by NorthCity or the relevant rightsholders. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you. You retain the rights you lawfully hold in content you create, and these Terms do not require you to transfer your private journal content.
We may upgrade, modify, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, or product reasons. If force majeure or business circumstances make the service unsustainable, we will make reasonable efforts to give advance notice, but we are not obliged to return data or refund fees already paid (except as required by law or Apple policy).
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” Letter delivery, iCloud sync, and notifications may be affected by the device, network, Apple services, email providers, or other factors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
We may update these Terms when the app is upgraded, features change, or legal requirements evolve, and will update the date above. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance; if you do not accept, please stop using the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may bring the matter before a competent court.
