欢迎使用 Mewmi（"猫猫收集器"）。本协议是你与 NorthCity（以下简称"我们"）之间关于下载、访问和使用 Mewmi 的约定。使用本应用即表示你同意本协议和《Mewmi 隐私政策》。如不同意，请不要使用本应用。
Mewmi 是一款基于照片的猫咪收藏工具。用户可以拍摄或选择猫咪照片，生成猫卡，输入名字，并在设备上管理猫卡。
Mewmi 提供免费试用及付费订阅服务。付费会员可解锁全部猫卡模板、高级贴纸风格及无限猫卡创建等完整功能。
未成年人应在父母或监护人阅读并同意本协议后，在其指导下使用。你应具备同意本协议所需的法律能力，或已获得合法监护人的同意。
在你遵守本协议的前提下，我们授予你一项个人、有限、非排他、不可转让且可撤销的许可，用于在你拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上使用 Mewmi。
你不得：
你保留对自己提供的照片、猫名及其他内容所享有的权利。你授权 Mewmi 仅在创建、显示和保存猫卡所必需的范围内处理你主动选择的内容。Mewmi 不主张取得用户内容的所有权。
你应确保自己有权使用所选择的照片，并尊重照片中人物、地点、商标和其他权利人的合法权益。请勿使用违法、侵权、恶意或含敏感个人信息的内容。
用户内容默认保存在设备上，不会被我们公开发布。若未来增加云端处理或分享功能，我们会在功能上线前更新相关说明和隐私政策。
猫卡和相关数据可能因删除 App、设备损坏、系统清除、恢复出厂设置或更换设备而丢失。除非产品界面另有明确说明，我们不承诺备份、恢复或跨设备同步本地数据。
Mewmi 提供以下付费方案（价格可能根据地区调整）：
购买永久会员后，无需再支付年度订阅费用，即可持续使用全部付费功能。
新用户可享受免费试用期。免费试用期过后，如果您选择订阅年度会员，将在确认购买时从您的 Apple ID 帐户中扣除相应费用。
一旦升级到付费订阅，您的免费试用将立即结束。
年度会员为自动续期订阅。您的帐户将在本期结束前 24 小时内收取续订费用。续订费用与原始订阅价格相同，除非价格发生变更（我们会提前通知您）。
您可以在购买后前往 App Store 的账户设置来管理和取消您的自动续订。取消后，当前订阅周期内服务仍有效，到期后不再续费。
一次性购买（永久会员）和自动续费订阅均属于即时交付的数字商品。退款申请请通过 Apple 的"报告问题"页面（reportaproblem.apple.com）提交。最终退款决定由 Apple 做出。
Mewmi 可能请求相机或照片权限，以便完成你主动选择的功能。你可以拒绝或在系统设置中撤回权限，但相关功能可能无法使用。
支付通过 Apple App Store 内购（IAP）处理，受 Apple 服务条款约束。
除用户内容外，Mewmi 的软件、界面、品牌、图标、插画、文字、结构和相关知识产权归我们或合法权利人所有。本协议未向你转让任何所有权。
"Mewmi"、相关标识和视觉元素不得在未获书面许可的情况下用于混淆性或商业用途。
我们可能为修复问题、提升体验、符合法律或调整产品方向而更新、暂停或停止部分功能。我们会在合理范围内通过更新说明或产品页面提供重要变化信息。
功能可能受到 iOS 版本、设备能力、权限、存储空间和照片质量影响。
Mewmi 按"现状"和"可用"状态提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不保证猫咪主体处理对每一张照片都准确、不中断或无错误。不同光线、遮挡、背景、设备和系统版本可能影响生成结果。
本应用用于个人照片收藏，不构成身份识别、动物健康、救助、定位或专业建议。
在适用法律允许的范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用 Mewmi、本地数据丢失、设备故障、第三方服务或用户内容引起的间接、附带、特殊或后果性损失承担责任。任何不能依法排除或限制的法定权利不受本条影响。
如果你严重违反本协议或法律，我们可以在法律允许范围内限制对相关在线功能的访问。你可以随时停止使用并删除 Mewmi。
当功能、商业模式或法律要求发生变化时，我们可能更新本协议。重大变化会通过应用内提示、版本说明或本页面告知，并更新"最后更新日期"。继续使用更新后的版本表示你接受修订后的协议；法律另有要求的除外。
本协议适用开发者所在地可适用的法律，但不会排除你所在司法辖区不可放弃的消费者保护权利。发生争议时，双方应先通过友好协商解决；协商不成的，按有管辖权的法院或法律规定处理。

Welcome to Mewmi. These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and NorthCity ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your download, access, and use of Mewmi. By using the app, you agree to these Terms and the Mewmi Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Mewmi is a photo-based cat collection tool. Users may take or select a cat photo, create a Cat Card, enter a name, and manage cards locally on their device.
Mewmi offers a free trial and paid subscription services. Paid membership unlocks full features including all cat card templates, premium sticker styles, and unlimited card creation.
Minors should use Mewmi under the guidance of a parent or guardian who has reviewed and agreed to these Terms. You must have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms or obtain valid guardian consent.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Mewmi on Apple devices that you own or control.
You may not:
You retain all rights you hold in photos, cat names, and other content you provide. You authorize Mewmi only to process content you select as necessary to create, display, and store a Cat Card. Mewmi does not claim ownership of user content.
You are responsible for having the right to use selected photos and for respecting the rights of people, locations, trademarks, and other rightsholders depicted in them. Do not use illegal, infringing, malicious, or sensitive personal content.
User content remains on the device by default and is not publicly posted by us. If a future version adds cloud processing or sharing, we will update the relevant disclosures and Privacy Policy before release.
Cat Cards and related data may be lost if you delete the app, damage or erase the device, reset the system, or move to another device. Unless the product explicitly states otherwise, we do not promise backup, restoration, or cross-device synchronization of local data.
Mewmi offers the following paid plans (prices may vary by region):
Purchasing Lifetime Membership grants permanent access to all paid features without any recurring subscription fees.
New users may be eligible for a free trial period. After the free trial ends, if you choose to subscribe to the Annual Membership, payment will be charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase.
Your free trial will end immediately once you upgrade to a paid subscription.
The Annual Membership is an auto-renewing subscription. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is at the same price as the original subscription unless a price change is communicated in advance.
You can manage and cancel your auto-renewal at any time in your App Store account settings after purchase. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Both one-time purchases (Lifetime Membership) and auto-renewing subscriptions are digital goods delivered instantly. Refund requests should be submitted via Apple's "Report a Problem" page (reportaproblem.apple.com). Final refund decisions are made by Apple.
Mewmi may request camera or photo permission to perform a feature you initiate. You may deny or revoke permission in system settings, but the relevant feature may not work.
Payments are processed through Apple App Store In-App Purchase (IAP) and are subject to Apple's terms of service.
Except for user content, Mewmi's software, interface, brand, icons, illustrations, text, structure, and related intellectual property are owned by us or the relevant licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
"Mewmi" and related marks and visual elements may not be used in a confusing or commercial manner without written permission.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to fix problems, improve the experience, comply with law, or change product direction. Material changes may be communicated through release notes or product pages where reasonable.
Features may depend on the iOS version, device capabilities, permissions, available storage, and photo quality.
Mewmi is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that cat-subject processing will be accurate for every photo, uninterrupted, or error-free. Lighting, occlusion, backgrounds, devices, and operating-system versions may affect results.
The app is for personal photo collection and does not provide identity verification, animal health, rescue, location, or professional advice.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use Mewmi, loss of local data, device failure, third-party services, or user content. Rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited remain unaffected.
If you seriously violate these Terms or applicable law, we may restrict access to relevant online functionality where permitted. You may stop using and delete Mewmi at any time.
We may update these Terms when features, business models, or legal requirements change. Material changes may be communicated in the app, release notes, or on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Continued use of an updated version indicates acceptance, except where law requires otherwise.
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the developer's jurisdiction without excluding non-waivable consumer rights in your jurisdiction. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion. Unresolved disputes will be handled by a court or process with lawful jurisdiction.
