1. 服务说明

Mewmi 是一款猫咪照片与猫卡收藏工具，提供私人收藏、可选 iCloud 同步、贴纸、足迹、提醒和猫猫地图等功能。

“猫猫地图”允许用户自愿提交经裁剪的猫咪图片、公开名称、日期和模糊区域。投稿经人工审核后才可能公开。浏览猫猫地图为免费功能；部分私人高级功能可能需要 Pro 权益。

2. 使用资格

你应具备同意本协议所需的法律能力。未成年人应在父母或监护人阅读并同意本协议后，在其指导下使用。

3. 许可与使用限制

在你遵守本协议的前提下，我们授予你一项个人、有限、非排他、不可转让且可撤销的许可，用于在你拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上使用 Mewmi。

你不得破坏服务安全、绕过权限或审核机制、批量抓取公开内容、冒充他人、发布垃圾内容，或在法律不允许的范围外复制、出售、出租、反编译或商业化本应用。

4. 用户内容与授权

你保留对自己提供的照片、名称和其他内容依法享有的权利，并确认自己拥有提交和公开展示这些内容所需的权利。

对于你主动提交到猫猫地图的内容，你授予 NorthCity 一项非独占、免版税、可在提供服务所需范围内使用的许可，用于存储、审核、裁剪、生成缩略图或贴纸、公开展示、传输、处理举报及执行社区规则。该许可不允许我们将你的内容出售用于第三方广告。

当你撤回内容后，我们会停止新的公开展示并请求从 CloudKit 删除投稿；为处理安全、争议、备份周期或法律义务所必需的有限副本可能暂时保留。

5. 社区规则

猫猫地图禁止提交：

• 非猫咪或与真实相遇无关的内容；
• 违法、侵权、色情、暴力、仇恨、骚扰或令人不适的内容；
• 包含人脸、姓名、联系方式、家庭住址、学校或其他敏感个人信息的内容；
• 暴露动物或人员安全风险的过于具体位置；
• 冒充、重复刷屏、广告、链接、二维码或其他垃圾内容；
• 你无权公开的照片、商标、角色或作品。

我们可以拒绝、下架或限制违反规则的投稿，并在严重或重复违规时暂停相关 iCloud 身份的投稿权限。

6. 审核、举报与申诉

投稿不保证一定通过、立即审核或永久展示。用户可以在公开详情页举报内容，我们会在合理时间内处理。举报成立时可下架内容并限制提交者。

如你认为投稿被错误处理，可以通过 506343891@qq.com 联系开发者，并提供必要的投稿信息。请勿在邮件中发送不必要的精确位置或敏感信息。

7. 位置与隐私

猫猫地图仅公开设备端生成的约 600 米模糊区域、城市或行政区级标签和日粒度日期，不公开精确坐标、完整地址、私人备注或原始照片。具体处理方式见《Mewmi 隐私政策》。

地图信息仅用于轻量记录和发现，不构成动物救助、实时追踪、身份识别、医疗、安全或专业建议。请勿依据地图进入私人区域或采取可能危及人员或动物的行动。

8. 私人数据、同步与备份

私人猫卡和相遇数据默认保存在设备上。你可以选择使用 iCloud 同步。同步和恢复可能受网络、Apple 服务、设备空间及系统状态影响，我们无法保证任何数据永不丢失。

删除 App、本地数据、iCloud 数据或猫咪档案可能导致内容不可恢复。请自行保存重要照片的原始副本。

9. 内购与订阅

Mewmi 可能提供自动续期订阅和一次性购买。实际价格、试用期和权益以购买时 App Store 显示的信息为准。付款、续期、取消和退款由 Apple 处理，并受 Apple 的相关条款约束。

10. 知识产权

除用户内容外，Mewmi 的软件、界面、品牌、图标、插画、文字和结构归 NorthCity 或相关权利人所有。本协议不向你转让这些权利。

11. 服务变更与终止

我们可能因维护、安全、法律要求或产品调整而修改、暂停或停止部分功能。猫猫地图的浏览和投稿可以通过远程配置临时关闭。

如果你严重违反本协议、社区规则或适用法律，我们可以拒绝内容、限制投稿或终止相关在线功能的使用。

12. 免责声明与责任限制

Mewmi 按“现状”和“可用”状态提供。照片识别、贴纸生成、定位、地图、同步和云服务可能受设备、网络、光线、Apple 服务或其他因素影响。

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对间接、附带、特殊或后果性损失负责。依法不能排除或限制的消费者权利不受本条影响。

13. 协议更新

我们可能在功能、商业模式或法律要求变化时更新本协议，并更新页面日期。法律要求时，我们会通过合理方式提供额外通知。

1. Service

Mewmi is a cat photo and Cat Card collection app with private collections, optional iCloud sync, stickers, footprints, reminders, and the Cat World Map.

The Cat World Map lets people voluntarily submit a cropped cat image, public name, day, and blurred area. A submission may become public only after human review. Browsing the public map is free; some private advanced features may require Pro access.

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. Minors should use Mewmi with a parent or guardian who has reviewed and accepted them.

3. Licence and Restrictions

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use Mewmi on Apple devices you own or control.

You may not compromise service security, bypass access or moderation controls, scrape public content at scale, impersonate others, post spam, or copy, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or commercialise the app beyond what the law permits.

4. User Content and Licence

You retain the rights you lawfully hold in photos, names, and other content you provide, and you confirm that you have the rights needed to submit and publicly display that content.

For content you choose to submit to the Cat World Map, you grant NorthCity a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, limited to operating the service, to store, review, crop, create thumbnails or stickers, publicly display, transmit, moderate, and process reports concerning that content. This licence does not allow us to sell your content for third-party advertising.

After you withdraw content, we will stop new public display and request deletion from CloudKit. Limited copies may temporarily remain where needed for safety, disputes, backup cycles, or legal obligations.

5. Community Rules

Do not submit non-cat content, illegal or infringing material, sexual or violent content, hate or harassment, sensitive personal information, dangerously precise locations, impersonation, duplicate spam, advertising, links, QR codes, or material you do not have the right to publish.

We may reject, remove, or restrict submissions that violate these rules and may suspend submission access for serious or repeated abuse.

6. Moderation, Reports, and Appeals

Submission does not guarantee approval, immediate review, or permanent display. People can report public content from its detail page, and we will respond within a reasonable period. Confirmed violations may result in removal and restriction of the submitter.

To question a moderation decision, contact 506343891@qq.com with the necessary submission information. Do not include unnecessary precise locations or sensitive data.

7. Location and Privacy

The Cat World Map displays only an on-device blurred area of approximately 600 metres, a city or district-level label, and a day-level date. It does not publish precise coordinates, full addresses, private notes, or original photos. See the Mewmi Privacy Policy for details.

Map information is for lightweight collection and discovery only. It is not animal rescue, live tracking, identity verification, medical, safety, or professional advice. Do not enter private property or take action that could endanger people or animals.

8. Private Data, Sync, and Backup

Private Cat Cards and encounters are stored on your device by default. You may choose to use iCloud sync. Sync and recovery can be affected by connectivity, Apple services, storage, and system state, and no storage method can guarantee that data will never be lost.

Deleting the app, local data, iCloud data, or a cat profile may make content unrecoverable. Keep your own copy of important original photos.

9. Purchases and Subscriptions

Mewmi may offer auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time purchases. The price, trial period, and benefits shown by the App Store at purchase time control. Apple processes payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund requests under its terms.

10. Intellectual Property

Except for user content, Mewmi’s software, interface, brand, icons, illustrations, text, and structure are owned by NorthCity or the relevant rightsholders. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you.

11. Changes and Termination

We may change, suspend, or stop features for maintenance, safety, legal, or product reasons. Browsing and submission on the Cat World Map may be temporarily disabled through remote configuration.

Serious violations of these Terms, the Community Rules, or applicable law may result in rejection, removal, submission restrictions, or termination of online functionality.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Mewmi is provided “as is” and “as available.” Recognition, sticker generation, location, maps, sync, and cloud features may be affected by the device, network, lighting, Apple services, or other factors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when features, business practices, or legal requirements change and will update the date above. We will provide additional notice where required by law.
