欢迎使用 Mewmi（"猫猫收集器"）。本隐私政策说明 NorthCity（以下简称"我们"）在你使用 Mewmi 时如何处理信息，以及你可以如何管理自己的数据。

1. 适用范围

本政策适用于 Mewmi iOS 应用及与其相关的支持页面。Mewmi V1.0 是一款猫咪照片与猫卡收藏工具，不提供账号、公开社区、聊天、广告、订阅或跨 App 追踪。

2. 我们处理的信息

2.1 你主动选择的照片和相机内容

当你选择"拍照"或"从相册选择"时，Mewmi 会在获得 iOS 系统授权后访问你指定的内容，用于提取猫咪主体并生成猫卡。Mewmi 不会在你未操作相关功能时主动访问相机或照片。

在 V1.0 的纯本地方案中，所选照片、处理结果和猫卡只在你的设备上处理和保存，我们不会将其上传或保存在开发者服务器。

2.2 你输入的猫咪信息

你可以输入猫咪名字，并在应用中保存猫卡编号、收藏日期、喜欢状态等信息。V1.0 中这些信息默认保存在本机，不与账号关联，也不会公开展示给其他用户。

2.3 诊断和分析数据

V1.0 的纯本地方案不集成广告 SDK、跨 App 追踪 SDK 或第三方行为分析 SDK，也不由我们收集稳定设备标识、广告标识符、精确位置、通讯录、健康数据或聊天内容。

如果未来版本引入远程崩溃分析、性能分析或其他第三方 SDK，我们会在功能上线前更新本政策和 App Store 隐私标签，并说明数据类型、用途和保存期限。

3. 权限使用

• 相机：仅在你选择拍摄猫咪照片时请求，用于创建猫卡。
• 照片：仅在你选择导入照片时请求。我们建议使用 iOS 系统照片选择器，让你决定具体提供哪一张照片。

你可以随时在 iPhone"设置"中修改权限。拒绝某项权限只会影响依赖该权限的功能。

4. 信息的存储与保留

V1.0 的猫卡、名字、原始照片关联和状态默认保存在你的设备中，直至你在应用内删除对应猫卡，或从设备中删除 Mewmi。因为 V1.0 不提供账号和开发者托管的云存储，我们通常没有服务器副本可供删除或恢复。

请注意，删除 App、清除设备或更换设备可能导致本地数据无法恢复。V1.0 不承诺跨设备同步或备份。

5. 信息共享

在纯本地方案中，我们不会向第三方出售、出租或共享你的猫咪照片、猫名或猫卡内容，也不会将其用于广告或跨 App 追踪。

我们可能在法律要求、保护用户或维护合法权益所必需的范围内配合有效的法律程序。由于 V1.0 通常不持有用户内容的服务器副本，我们能够提供的信息可能有限。

6. 你的选择与权利

你可以：

• 决定是否授予相机或照片访问权限；
• 通过系统照片选择器选择具体照片；
• 在猫卡详情中删除单张猫卡；
• 删除 App 以移除应用在设备上的本地数据；
• 通过本政策中的联系方式咨询隐私问题。

V1.0 没有账号系统，因此不存在账号注销流程。若未来增加账号或云存储，我们会提供相应的数据访问、更正和删除方式。

7. 未成年人

Mewmi 并非专门面向儿童设计。未成年人应在父母或监护人指导下使用。V1.0 不要求用户创建账号、填写生日、真实姓名或电子邮箱，也不提供公开发布或聊天功能。

8. 安全

我们通过数据最小化、本地优先处理和 iOS 系统权限机制减少隐私风险。任何存储方式都无法保证绝对安全，请妥善保护你的设备和系统访问凭证。

9. 政策更新

当产品功能、数据处理方式或法律要求发生变化时，我们可能更新本政策。重大变化会通过应用内提示、更新说明或本页面告知，并更新"最后更新日期"。

Welcome to Mewmi. This Privacy Policy explains how NorthCity ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the Mewmi iOS app and related support pages.

1. Scope

Mewmi V1.0 is a cat photo and Cat Card collection tool. It does not provide user accounts, a public community, chat, advertising, subscriptions, or cross-app tracking.

2. Information We Process

2.1 Photos and Camera Content You Choose

When you choose to take a photo or select one from your photo library, Mewmi accesses only the content you provide after you grant the relevant iOS permission. The content is used to isolate the cat subject and create a Cat Card. Mewmi does not access the camera or photos unless you initiate the feature.

In the local-only V1.0 implementation, selected photos, processed results, and Cat Cards are processed and stored on your device. We do not upload or store them on a developer-operated server.

2.2 Cat Information You Enter

You may enter a cat name and save a Cat Card number, collection date, favorite state, and related information. In V1.0, this information is stored locally, is not associated with an account, and is not publicly displayed to other users.

2.3 Diagnostics and Analytics

The local-only V1.0 implementation does not include advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking SDKs, or third-party behavioral analytics. We do not collect stable device identifiers, advertising identifiers, precise location, contacts, health data, or chat content.

If a future version introduces remote crash reporting, performance analytics, or another third-party SDK, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures before that functionality is released.

3. Permissions

• Camera: Requested only when you choose to photograph a cat for a Cat Card.
• Photos: Requested only when you choose to import a photo. Where possible, Mewmi uses the iOS system photo picker so you can select specific content.

You can change permissions at any time in iPhone Settings. Denying a permission affects only the feature that requires it.

4. Storage and Retention

Cat Cards, names, photo references, and states are stored on your device until you delete the relevant Cat Card or remove Mewmi from the device. Because V1.0 has no account system or developer-hosted cloud storage, we generally do not have a server-side copy to delete or restore.

Deleting the app, erasing the device, or moving to another device may make local data unavailable. V1.0 does not promise cross-device synchronization or backup.

5. Sharing

In the local-only implementation, we do not sell, rent, or share your cat photos, cat names, or Cat Card content with third parties, and we do not use them for advertising or cross-app tracking.

We may respond to valid legal requests where required by law or necessary to protect users and lawful interests. Because V1.0 generally does not hold server copies of user content, the information available to us may be limited.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You may:

• Decide whether to grant camera or photo access;
• Select specific photos through the system photo picker;
• Delete individual Cat Cards in the app;
• Remove the app to delete its local data from the device; and
• Contact us about privacy questions.

V1.0 has no user account, so there is no account-deletion process. If a future version adds accounts or cloud storage, we will provide appropriate access, correction, and deletion options.

7. Children

Mewmi is not specifically directed to children. Minors should use the app with guidance from a parent or guardian. V1.0 does not ask users to create an account, provide a birthday, real name, or email address, and it does not offer public posting or chat.

8. Security

We reduce privacy risks through data minimization, local-first processing, and iOS permission controls. No storage method can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their devices and system credentials.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the product, data practices, or legal requirements change. Material changes may be communicated in the app, release notes, or on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised.
